Some members asked me about "Routine". So I would like to share as below :
I am living on Asia, so my trading routine and life will be changed to be fitted together.
I wake up around 7. AM (Asia session is opened)
I will enjoy a cup of water, reading 20 pages books, meditation within 10 minutes to refesh my mind, write down my working plan for whole day to achieve the month target.
Having a breakfirst around 8.00 - 8.15 AM.
Checking the investing assetst to control risk or find new chances ( around (30 minutes and less)
Reading questions from students and members and reply until 11:00 - 11:30 PM.
Check the chart for trading around 30 minutes for 10 assets to find some swing chances. ( End of Asia session)
Enjoy a lunch with my wife.
I will back to work around 2:00 PM. (London session is opened)
Check the chart for trading again if I need or making Youtube video to share the experience with students to distract myself about trading.
Check the Q&A and support students on Udemy, Bootcamp. Around 3:00 PM.
I will go to the GYM + Swimming from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
Here is the way that I used to keep my fresh mind always.
Having dinner with family.
Watching Youtube videos.
Reading Q&A part. (30 mins)
Check chart for trading to know whether I need to control risk here. (30 mins)
Playing video games a little.
Go to the bed around 23:00 PM.

The key things to have a nice day depends on what did I do every morning & evening :
Morning (1h - 1h30) for mental health :
- Reading books,
- Meditation
- Write down working plan or diary
Evening (2h) for physic health :
- Gym
- Swimming
You can do less but at least let's do enough above 2 parts :smiley:
